Shipping:
* U.S. Postal Service:
* Orders originating outside the continental U.S. are shipped FOB R.W.C., CA, via U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail.
* Orders in Canada are shipped via Air Parcel Post.
* All other Foreign orders are shipped via International Express Mail.
* Customer is responsible for any duties or GST.
*If customer gives an incorrect address or zip code orso, we will not be responsible for your order whether or not you receive your package.
* Payment :
We accept Money Order, Cashier's Check or Pay Pal. We may accept personal checks.
Personal checks received without this information will be held until clearance from the bank (approx. 1-2 weeks).
Returned check fee is $35.00.
* All payments in U.S. Funds.
* Order will be held for 10 days to allow time for payment to arrive.
Cancel an Order:
If you want to cancel an order please call us immediately.
We will do everything in our power to cooperate in canceling your order, but if the order has been shipped we will have billed you already.
If you still desire to cancel, you can pay for the freight both ways & 25% restocking fees and send the package back.
We will credit you the 75% of cost of the returned goods.
Return Policy
Chelsea's Dream sells wholesale and all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns.
Damage Claims:
All damaged, defective or missing item claims must be reported by the next business day after acceptance of package.
After that time, the customer accepts responsibility and will not hold our liable.
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. shipping point.
This legal term simply means that all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier.
The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered.
If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition. It is your responsibility to file a damage or loss claim with the freight carrier.

Liability Because conditions of use are beyond our control, we offer no warranty or representation, express or implied, except that all products conform to the description provided by the manufacturer on sales literature or product labels.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.
Rush Orders:
If you would like your order shipped the same day or the next day, we will add on an extra $10.00 rush fee.This does not include any shipping charges.
International Export Ordering
We can ship to just about any country in the world.
Please note that shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at the time of shipment and cannot be calculated on the website.
Export shipments are subject to payment in U.S. funds.
All freight for export orders must include the cost of insurance.
All export orders will be shipped through USPS, unless otherwise specified.
Export orders shipped through carriers other than USPS are shipped at the customer's own risk.

Back Orders :
We do not backorder. Chelsea's Dream carries a permanent stock of all our products but occasionally we do run out of something.
If we know the item is due in within a day or so, we will call to ask if you'd like us to hold the order until it is complete.
If the status of the item is unknown due to delays in customs, weather, etc. the order will be shipped without the item and the total adjusted accordingly.
Lead Time
Due to delivery times varying from where you are located, please allow 8 days to 2 weeks for the delivery of product from the time of your order.
In some instances delivery may take up to 3 weeks.
California residents
Sales tax will be charged for California residents at a 8.25% rate unless we have a valid vendorŐs license on file.
Order Minimums
We do not have a minimum order amount.
Disclaimer:
While we do our best to offer you only the highest quality oils available, we does not guarantee that any oil will be consistent in scent from one batch to another.
These are natural oils as they come directly from the distiller with no adulteration or dilution to make them more acceptable to the nose so oils may vary slightly from previous batches.
